Cancellation
Policy

Please note that all amendments and cancellations have to be received AND RECONFIRMED in writing by C Africa Safaris & Tours. Our cancellation conditions will be strictly enforced by our standard terms and conditions.

All bank fees, and costs of the money transfer are at the customer’s expense. Any differences due to Exchange rate fluctuations between travel and deposit prices must be paid locally in Namibian Dollars or ZAR.

Dates and Rates

  • 60 – 45 Days before arrival date:

  • 44 – 31 Days before arrival date:

  • 30 – 15 Days before arrival date:

  • 14 – 08 Days before arrival date:

  • 07 – 01Days before arrival date:

  • No shows:

The full Deposit Payment will be retained

15 % cancellation fee of the remaining balance

35 % cancellation fee of the remaining balance

50 % cancellation fee of the remaining balance

75 % cancellation fee of the remaining balance

90 % cancellation fee of the remaining balance
